Dear All,

I am sorry for leaving this read - out meeting a little early.

Having been an online participant in the past 10 ICANN Public Forum
Meetings, in almost every session one needs to echo
"One Size Does Not Fit All".

Taking a cue from Tomsil's Chat during the meeting, can we label Commercial
as "Economics" and Non - Commercial as "Engineering' '. The basics
of this labeling can be prepared as a white paper. A 1998 attempt is at:

Needless to mention DNS is an application layer idea and hence it is well -
