Dear Mohan,

If you review the original APRALO Vote Result Announcement, you will see a
reference to the APRALO Leadership Team's unanimous decision to recommend
Charles to the ALAC for ALAC's consideration, as the APRALO Leadership
Team's alternate candidate for APRALO's Delegate to the NomCom. It is the
ALAC which ultimately decides on who it appoints as the 5 ALAC Delegates to
the NomCom, one each per region, but it considers each RALO's
recommendation as well in that process.

I trust this provides some context to Charles' note.
