[APAC-Discuss] 2023 APRALO Leadership Election Results

Thanks everyone for your confidence in those of us who were selected, and
thanks also to those who put their names forward so that the APRALO ALS
leaders would be able to exercise their vote.  We have a strong team as
usual and I look forward to continuing to work in the interests of APRALO
and its members.
