Dear all,
I am fortunate to have had such great support from the community. Being nominated for multiple positions certainly shows the confidence and trust you have instilled in my leadership skills to manage and lead in those positions. After three terms as VC, leading the mentorship program as well as representing APRALO in the Outreach & Engagement WG, in Finance & Budget WG and so on, it’s obvious that it is now time to move to the next level which is to become the chair whenever the opportunity arises. And fortunately, that happened this time. However, I can see that others are interested to serve as chairs as well, which is definitely their right to do so and the voter’s rights to select their candidates.

Therefore, it saddens me to say this, but I have decided to leave this battle behind at this time and focus more on getting the best candidate to fit the right positions under the NomCom umbrella which is crucial to the eco-system in general.
Henceforth, I shall accept the nomination for the NomCom position.

One more time thanks for all those who take their time in supporting me and reset assure my contribution regardless of the Tag I have will continue.
Regards
