Dear all,

Second round of fellowship applications is now open for the 2021 Edition of
the Asia-Pacific School on Internet Governance (APSIG 2021), scheduled
during 13-15 December 2021 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Those interested are
requested to apply at the following link:

Application Deadline: Friday, 22 October 2021 (23:59, UTC 00:00)

Please note that the applicants should be fully vaccinated (any COVID-19
