Yes. This is indeed a great news Dr. Maureen Hilyard.

In this context, once again it feels good that Mr. Satish Babu, APRALO 
Chair,
has been honoured with 2021 Dr. Tarek Kamel Award for Capacity Building.

Mr. Satish Baby has been a very good friend of mine over the past couple 
of decades.

Also, I have the pleasure of interacting with Lianna Galstyan and Nadira 
Alaraj in the
recent past. Happy to greet them on achievement.
