On the Agenda Item 3: I have a suggestion.

"Individual End User Interests are not a category of user" - Slide 1

This is a good idea.

A Business may similarly be deemed "An Aggregate" of Users. This will 
improve
the Bottom-Up Governance indicated on Slide 2.

I am sorry. I am able to listen to the Call but not talk-in in the 
Dial-In mode.

Next time, I will improve.
