Dear Pavan,

Thank you for the confirmation for additional request for feedback from the applicant. I have contacted them to request the following:

- Does Yemeni Organization for Development and Exchange Technology allow Institutional Members?
- Does Yemeni Organization for Development and Exchange Technology allow Individual Members to assume leadership positions?

Regarding Buddha Halder, he is not listed in our database as a member of an ALS. I have also followed up with him to confirm that he meets the criteria to apply for Individual Membership.
