[APAC-Discuss] [IDN-WG] [ALAC] The Problem of IDNs

ICANN has so far no mechanism to review or supervise any gTLD registry's
registration policy (especially for open TLDs). PIC-DRP's can address the
issue to some extent but will be very limited.
