[APAC-Discuss] APRALO discussion points from the APAC-APRALO meeting

As TH mentions below, this is the same issues raised in Thematic Group 5 and
this is largely the same issues raised in ATLAS I and every time we discuss
outreach.

We are a much larger more diverse group now than ATLAS I, so I hope we can
get some new innovative solutions to progress forward.

On a personal note, it was great to meet so many new reps and engage in the
dialogue.

Actually, this is the same as one of recommendations we discussed in
thematic grouop 5.
It's good to know each ALS has Subject Matters Experts respectively.
