Sorry Cheryl and Pavan, I overlooked the part about the 'vote'.  That was
not the intention.  What we hope to do is to make an open round of
solicitation for expression of interest.  We will submit names to ALAC based
on what we received.  And, most of all, we hope Vivek will consider to
continue to help us to serve in Nomcom.

Hope this clear things up and sorry for the confusion.  Thanks Cheryl for
pointing out quickly!
