This is based on the work of the CCWG-Accountability WS2 and its final
report. Recommendation 1.3 was for each SO/AC/group to assess the
diversity of all its structures and then to develop objectives and
strategies to achieve increased diversity where needed.

This is a considerable task (as we know) and much strategic and
practical thinking needs to be done - together with support from Org to
achieve this as already discussed.

I'm raising this here as welcoming volunteers and encouraging them to be
active means they need to feel supported. We know, for example, this is
the case for persons with disability. We're on the right path but as
Judith has pointed out, much more can be done.

Wanted to share that APAC staff will be participating in an online
introduction to disability awareness on 28th May. Maybe something for
other groups as well?
