3 ALAC members are unable to travel to Kigali, we would like to offer them to AFRALO to allocate as they wish. These 3 slots are unused ALAC slots so they are not drawn from expected slots. </span><span style="font-size:12pt"><u></u><u></u></span></p>

has the opportunity to share their views and explain any concerns in a structured manner. Should you agree, we’ve asked Melissa Allgood, a member of ICANN org specializing in conflict resolution, to lead these discussions as a neutral facilitator. Melissa
will not act as a representative of ICANN org, but rather will structure our dialogue to ensure that all participants are heard and their views considered. We will work with RALO leaders to include these listening sessions at a time that best meets the needs
of each region, perhaps during scheduled monthly calls. </span><span style="font-size:12pt"><u></u><u></u></span></p>
