Another issue is the cultivation of ICANN fellows or NexGen that have 'skin in the game" most of the fellows get a fellowship and then disappear, perhaps we need to tap this resource, especially those that policy skills. will not act as a representative of ICANN org, but rather will structure our dialogue to ensure that all participants are heard and their views considered. We will work with RALO leaders to include these listening sessions at a time that best meets the needs
