Decertification Workspace</span></a>, </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black"> <a
href="https://community.icann.org/x/UYUCBw" title="https://community.icann.org/x/UYUCBw">Connecting.nyc
Inc.,</a> <a href="https://community.icann.org/x/VISLD" title="https://community.icann.org/x/VISLD">CO
ISOC</a> and <a href="https://community.icann.org/x/WISLD" title="https://community.icann.org/x/WISLD">ISOC
Gauteng</a><span style="background:white"> either no longer exists or no longer satisfies the requirements
to be an ALS as identified in the At-Large
Structure Framework, and/or the ALS requirements as outlined in their RALO's rules;</span></span><span

is resolved that the ALAC decertifies the following organizations as ICANN At-Large Structures:</span><span

decertification is subject to ICANN Board Reconsideration as per Article IV, Section 2 of the ICANN Bylaws

without prejudice to any future re-application of these organizations for certification as ALS, or the
