Consumers Association, Connecting.nyc Inc., ISOC Wallonia, NAGS, CO ISOC and ISOC Gauteng<u></u><u></u></span></p>

decertification is subject ICANN Board Reconsideration as per Article IV, Section 2 of the ICANN Bylaws
