[ALAC-Announce] Important RSVP - Interest to join ICANN72 Virtual Annual General Meeting At-Large Planning Committee

Dear All,

Further to the recent announcement<https://www.icann.org/en/announcements/details/icann72-to-be-virtual-annual-general-meeting-icann73-planning-update-15-7-2021-en> on ICANN72 being a Virtual Annual General Meeting, At-Large is ready to start it’s planning coordination accordingly.

On behalf of Maureen Hilyard, ALAC Chair, we are seeking volunteers to join the ICANN72 At-Large Planning Committee. Ideally, a representative or two from each region, to assist with the planning of the At-Large Leadership working sessions at ICANN72.

We will hold weekly calls with the first one planned week 26 July (Doodle to follow) to work on the general lay-out of the meeting, identifying topics for discussion and groups to e-meet with.

Please confirm whether you are interested in volunteering by responding to Maureen and myself, Gisella: staff at atlarge.icann.org<mailto:staff at atlarge.icann.org>.(please do NOT reply to all i.e the ALAC Announce mailing list) by Friday 23 July at 20:00 UTC. A Doodle will be sent out to the volunteers shortly after this deadline.
Note that due to the summer holidays in the Northern Hemisphere, we may have some participants join after the above deadline.

A mailing list will be set up for this group and we look forward to making ICANN72 another successful virtual AGM!
