Kindly note that the ALAC ratification vote of the Charter of the Cross Community Working Group (CCWG) on Internet Governance<https://community.icann.org/x/lQInAw> and the appointment of its Co-Chair representing the ALAC has now completed.

- approve the Charter of the Cross Community Working Group (CCWG) on Internet Governance<https://community.icann.org/x/lQInAw> with the understanding that the term "Observers" will be replaced by the term "Participants"; and that neither the number of Participants is limited nor do Participants require AC/SO approval to join; and
- agree to name Olivier Crépin-Leblond as the CCWG on Internet Governance Co-Chair representing the ALAC?

To confirm, the ALAC has adopted the Charter of the Cross Community Working Group (CCWG) on Internet Governance with the understanding that the term "Observers" will be replaced by the term "Participants" and that neither the number of the Participants is limited nor do Participants Require AC/SO approval to join. In addition, the ALAC has appointed Olivier Crépin-Leblond as the CCWG on Internet Governance Co-Chair representing the ALAC.
