[ALAC-Announce] Call for Comments - Phase II of Public Comments Process Enhancements

Olivier Crepin-Leblond, Chair of the ALAC, has asked that a call for comments be made on the draft ALAC Statement on Phase II of Public Comments Process Enhancements in preparation for the start of the ALAC ratification process.

Comments received prior to the start of the five day vote beginning on 26 September at 23:59 UTC will be incorporated.
