No words to express how i was chocked by the lost Of Olivier Kouami. We suppose to meet inJuly when i was in Dakar/Senegal. he was so happy and positive mindset. I express for his entire family my deepest condolences.

I am shocked and devastated at this tragic and unexpected news! I send my condolences to his family and friends, and to the AFRALO and At-Large community. May his memory be a blessing.

I have just arrived Hamburg to hear the shocking sad news of the death of Olivier Kouami who died from a heart attack. 

Olivier is the current co-chair of the AFRALO newsletter team and an active leader within AFRALO community and internet governance community as a whole. Oliver was also very involved in the open source community (FOSSFA) which was where I first got to meet and work with him over 15years ago. 

My condolences to his family and the entire Africa internet community.
