In accordance with ALAC Rule of Procedure 19.13, a motion was made within the ALAC to reappointLeón Sánchez as the Board Member appointed by At-Large (Seat 15).
 
  
 
Following the close of thevote of the ALAC in conjunction with the RALO Chairs on the motion to re-appointLeón Sánchezto Seat 15 of the ICANN Board of Directors, please see the vote results below.
 
 
 
Given the unanimous outcome of the vote on the motion,León Sánchezhas been re-appointed to Seat 15. He will start his new 3 year term at the 2023 AGM.
