[AFRI-Discuss] Exit of Baudouin Schombe

Oooh ! Greetings all.
What a sad news, indeed.
I was thinking of Baudoin these days.
Having seen his name among this year DRC IGF, I was a little bit surprised.
Baudoin is à pionneer in the ICT4D and IG ecosystems in Africa. A
passionate volunteer.
Rip dear bro and friend.
Condolences to his family.
