[AFRI-Discuss] FOR REVIEW: Final Draft of the Unaffiliated Individuals Mobilization Working Party Report

Dear AFRALO members,

I welcome everyone to review the final draft document. If approved, this
will become the rules that will be applied to individual membership going
forward, so I urge us all to raise any concern or contribution on the
report before the deadline of 14th March.
