Le *CAPDA* agit dans le but de fédérer les parties prenantes, puis de
susciter une participation efficace dans le processus de lutte contre la
pauvreté par la réduction de la fracture numérique. Malgré la crise
sanitaire qui bouleverse nos prévisions, nous nous permettons avec nos
partenaires de vous convier au symposium TIC AFRIQUE qui se tiendra en
semi-présentiel du *24 au 26 Août 2021* à Yaoundé et dans certaines villes
africaines avec pour thème : *« Développement et Innovation pour une
Transformation Numérique Durable des villes»*,

En effet, le numérique doit d'abord être politique et répondre à une
fonction sociétale, d'intérêt général. La valorisation de ces démarches
porte un message : faire sens à l'ère du numérique. Les thèmes recensés ici
invitent à une mutualisation des vues, des approches, des analyses sans
qu'aucune ne s'enferme dans la légitimation obtuse d'un courant de pensée.
A cette occasion, les experts essayerons de nourrir le processus de
développement du numérique malgré une crise sanitaire drastique autour de
la construction des villes. Votre participation à cet évènement aura
vocation à participer aux échanges relatifs aux nouveaux défis que le
développement numérique pose dans les pays et à ses divers acteurs.

Ce symposium vise aussi des objectifs qui se révèlent des priorités pour
l'ensemble de la communauté numérique pendant 03 jours en hybride. Ci-joint

CAPDA aims at federating stakeholders and stimulating an effective
participation in the process of combating poverty by reducing the digital
divide. Despite the health crisis that disrupts our forecasts, we would
like, along with our partners to take this opportunity to invite you to the
ICT Africa Symposium which will be held in a hybrid format from August 24
to 26, 2021 in Yaoundé and in some African cities on the theme: *« **Innovation
and Internet Development for a Sustainable Digital Transformation of Our
cities** »*,

Indeed, digital technology must first be political and effectively respond
to societal functions of general interest. These initiatives carry an
awareness message: make sense In the digital age. The themes identified
here invite a pooling of views, approaches, and analyzes at aqual footing.
On this occasion, experts will try to feed the digital development process
despite a drastic health crisis surrounding the construction of our cities.
Your participation in this event will therefore be intended to contribute
to discussions with regard to the new challenges that digital development
poses in countries and their stakeholders.

This symposium also aims at stepping stones which turn out to be priorities
