Dear Members,

As agreed during our last monthly call, we have put the final draft of the
report on googledocs. *Please do not suggest edits but rather add comments
on any section of the document that you find to be of concern*, if you have
a solution to the concern, you can indicate it in your comment as well, we
shall then compile any comments that emerge and make a statement off it
