Thank you, Barrack, for your suggestion.
May I modify the topic to read:

Enhancing the resilience of the Empowered Community within ICANN during a
Pandemic.

Restricting it to the DNS is restricting our roles in ICANN to just the
DNS. How do we at our different levels of involvement as stakeholders cope
with a pandemic? How has the pandemic impacted on our involvement in ICANN?
What proactive measures can we put in place against future pandemics?
