My Dear Tijani,
I want to congratulate you for a wonderful job you have been doing in this
community. Your time on the ALAC has been eventful as you only mentioned a
few.  Your decision didn't come to me as a surprise because you have been
passionate about building successors. You gave guidance to your generation
and to the next generation, you were passionate about this community. I
know you would continue to contribute to this community as you have been
doing as been on the ALAC was just part of the ways to serve the community.
Personally, I thank you for all those words of encouragement.
