[AFRI-Discuss] Internet South Africa - *new* introduction

I am not very much impressed about this new initiative knowing that ISOC
have its mandate. I will have though a kind of initiative that will revamp
the entire ISOC South Africa.
In any case i believe this new initiative is going to be doing same work as
ISOC South Africa.

Just look forward to seeing the outcome and direction of this new
initiative.
