[AFRI-Discuss] [Ext] Request for additional travel support for African region ATLAS III participants

Hello everyone,
I am a fellow but for now I have not received the documents indicated. Mr.
Bram says that some have received the documents and others not ... Well, I
think all of this needs to be reviewed.
For example in Mali, Canada's visa applications are processed in Dakar. So
it would be nice to start the process in time.
