There are 3 members who indicated in the mailing that they did not receive the voting ballot by email, I have requested staff to check directly with them.
The voting emails could be gone to their spam/junk folders or the email address might be updated or not ones associated with the ALS representatives in records, there could be different reasons for this so staff would able to support them.
All, If you have any issues in locating the voting ballet email please contact staff staff at atlarge.icann.org or Evin Erdogdu ( evin.erdogdu at icann.org ) to get the issue checked and resolved.
