[AFRI-Discuss] Fwd: AFRALO NomCom candidate

Hello Mohamed,

The Afralo delegate to NomCom contestants were 3 in number. I think the
option is to give the chance to the remaining 2 to be vetted by ALAC and
see if any is found worthy enough.

That’s my proposal.
