[AFRI-Discuss] AFRALO/AFRICANN Panama Meeting Statement on GDPR

Hello Tijani,

My response from Daniel was on his first paragraph which referred to
ICANN62 final (I assumed he meant final draft) but was to point out that
it's a response to our statement.

Preps for ICANN63 wasn't what I responded to.
