Dear All,

On behalf of Judith Hellerstein, Chair of the RTT WG, we would like to announce the Real-Time-Transcription ( RRT)<https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/Real+Time+Transcription+%28RTT%29+Project> ----Previously known as Captioning--project which will start up again in February.

The RTT services will be provided only in English. We can transcribe 6 calls a month until the end of FY18, which ends on June 30, for a total of 30 calls.

Please email staff at staff at atlarge.icann.org<mailto:staff at atlarge.icann.org> by January 30 and let us know which calls your RALO, Working Group, or Webinar you would like to have transcribed.

For each call transcribed, staff will provide users with a stream text link in addition to the captioning pod used within Adobe Connect. The stream text link will enable those who have limited bandwidth to better follow along with the call.

Thank you!
Kind Regards,

ICANN Policy Staff in support of the At-Large Community
