As some of you are already award of, there was (is) a recent Internet
shutdown in my country Togo due to a political reason.
A coalition of civil society organisation, lead by the Paradigm Initiative
has decided to intervene and has produce an open l'éther to be addressed to
some regional and international organisations.
You're kindly invite to contribute and ratify if interested.
