Thanks Aziz.

I would like to propose “ICANN Jurisdiction”, its a hot topic now within ICANN, there are heated debates and discussions in the Jurisdiction WG about the ICANN US Jurisdiction.

As a US based entity, ICANN is subject to S laws, The question that might be rise is “ Dose ICANN US Jurisdiction effect the Domain Names Industry in Africa ?”
we have many AfRALO members are active participants in the Jurisdiction debate and can provide lead a statement drafting team which can produce a balanced statement regarding the
ICANN Jurisdiction issue from an African Internet community prospective.

Thanks

Kind Regards,
Mohamed

We are also looking forward for presentation of a “joint statement” to the attention of ICANN at the end of this meeting. We would appreciate your proposal being sent before Sunday 17 September.
