[AFRI-Discuss] Nomination - AFRALO Chair, Vice Chair and ALAC Member

I would like to support the nominations of

Mohamed El Bashir as AFRALO Chair
Fatimata Seye Sylla and Vice Chair
and Seun Ojedeji as ALAC member for a second term. 

I trust they will represent Africa well with their diverse backgrounds and their commitment to hard work and excellence. 

I am proud to endorse them for the said positions.
