Okay thanks for the clarification Alan. So in summary we have the current
status across RALOs as it concerns their ALAC rep (anyone can if necessary):

AFRALO - No limit
NARALO - 2 terms limit
LACRALO - 1 term limit
APRALO - No limits
EURALO - No limits

I hope this can serve as useful information as well for our RALO as we
consider this topic.
