Dear Aziz,

Thank you for the update on the strategies. As someone increasing my
engagement with Afralo, it is great to have this insight on their
strategies. This is great work that has been done by Daniel Nanghaka and
Tijani BEN JEMAA.

I do have a query? has there been some form of an online strategy being
developed, not just around events but continuously? I am part of a youth
initiative called Emerging Leaders in Internet governance in South Africa.
During ICANN59, on the online platform, our community members were asking
questions such as what is the Africa strategy? where does Africa stand in
ICANN? I ccd the @AFRALO handle but I don't recall a response unless I
missed it.

   - Continue to identify universities and academic institutions to
organize fruitful discussions with students and teachers about Internet and
ICANN to bring young people into ICANN through these Open Session

Is there room to also add groups working on issues pertinent to ICANN but
not necessarily in these institutions?

I might have missed this, but I think there might be a need to engage on
these platforms to enhance the aim of the outreach and bringing in younger
stakeholders.

Thanks,

chenai
