[AFRI-Discuss] FY17 COMMUNITY REQUEST FORM CAFEC

Hello everyone,

The procedure of submitting a FY17 special request, each ALS shall send its request to AFRALO leadership through the afri-discuss mailing list; The AFRALO leadership will review the requests received and send them to the ALAC Finance and Budget sub-committee.

So you are all right.
