The CCT-RT had its 3rd teleconference on 2/10.  Attached is its agenda
and the presentation PPT.

During the meeting, an economic study by Analysis Group was presented
and discussed.

The Terms of Reference was also discussed but not completed.  The
discussion will continue during the first F2F meeting 2/22-23 in Los
Angeles.

PS: The purpose of this CCT-RT meeting summary is to keep ALAC and
At-Large informed, as well as to receive feedbacks and thoughts to be
