Is this organization is a member of some networks in Nigeria, Africa and
perhaps also in the world?
If so, which?
What they actually ménent actvities in Nigeria? What are these partners?
(Government, academia, international organizations, UN agencies and
bilateral partners?)

At ICT, what do they do exactly?
