My suggestion is - new gTLD and - what you need to know about it when buying a new domain under the new TLDs.
The topic shall talk about what they shall ask to their  ISPs-  RAA new agreement and user rights, external  facilities like Skype and browsers,  IDNs  more difficulties, and what people shall take into consideration before buying.
