[AFRI-Discuss] [AfrICANN-discuss] Affiner CALL FOR A THEME FOR THE JOINT AFRALO/AfrICANN MEETING AT ICANN 53 BUENOS AIRES

Hello everyone,

it is clear, and it's a good idea, AFRALO and Afrinic get together,
specifically in the context of large current problem including THE SECURITY IN
CYBERSPACE.
This cyber security problem becomes more and more a terrible daily concern
seen repeated attacks and even targeted.
Africa can not remain indifferent although for now the mapping in this area
indicates the attacks are perpetrated to 70% in Europe and the USA.
It is in this light that I propose the following theme "Africa and the
challenges of cybersecurity."

Bonjour à tous,

il est évident, et c'est une bonne idée, qu'Afralo et Afrinic se mettent
ensemble, spécifiquement dans le contexte du grand problème d'actualité
notamment LA SECURITÉ DANS LE CYBERESPACE.
Ce problème de cybersécurité devient de plus en plus une terrible
préoccupation quotidienne vu les attaques répétées et même ciblées.
L'Afrique ne peut rester indifférente même si pour l'instant la
cartographie dans ce domaine indique ces attaques sont perpetrées à 70% en
Europe et aux USA.
C'est dans cette optique que je propose le thème suivant "l'Afrique face
aux défis de la cybersécurité".
