Dear All,
In addition to the proposed topics by Barrack, I want to propose  that we include:

-The African Internet User and the UN Post 2015 Agenda

The themes will now read:
1. Growing the Internet footprint in Africa
2. Developing sustainable linkages among African At Large Structures with Emphasis on the 	    2nd
3. Developing AFRALO 's role within the ICANN African Strategy
4. The African Internet User and the UN Post 2015 Agenda

May I ask what Barrack meant by ''...emphasis on the 2nd..'' what is the 2nd being referred to here please?
Thanks
