Dear Vernatius,

It is a pleasure to welcome you to the ICANN At-Large Community in general
and in particular, African Regional At large Organization(AFRALO) We are
sure that you will soon feel the sense of pride we share in belonging to At
Large Community in Africa. We hope that you will take advantage of the
many opportunities that come with membership and that you will be able to
use your ALS as both a setting for the exchange of innovative ideas as
represent our respective Internet users community.

Best regards

Philip F Johnson

Secretary/AFRALO
