[AFRI-Discuss] Vote Result: AFRALO Regional Election 2014 (Secretary)

Phillip did a great job as Secretary. I hope he will still be active
articulating the voice of internet users in the region.
Barrack, the hard work starts now. You know the conference calls that
happen at midnight East African Time :).

I thank Staff for carrying out a transparent election.
