Je partage les avis de Mohamed et de Victor et je propose qu'un déclaration
conjointe forte soit faite afin de définir un véritable plan de
développement de l'Internet et des TIC qui guidera la stratégie de l'ICANN
pour l'Afrique.

I share the opinion of Mohamed and Victor and I offer a strong joint
