What is problem about the vote within AFRALO? Y is there a history?

As for individual participation, a criterion was defined in the brochures that
have been widely distributed at various international meetings of ICANN.

We talk about the group and these groups were clearly named. Should we add
is another question. But when referring to individual participation or
create an ALs for the individual participants, are not we contradict
ourselves?

We refer to the brochure AFRALO first.


Qu'est ce qui pose problème concernant le vote au sein d'AFRALO? Y a t -il
un antécédent?

En ce qui concerne la participation individuelle, un critère a été défini
dans les brochures qui ont été largement distribués lors des différentes
réunions internationales de l'ICANN.

On parle de groupe et ces groupes ont été clairement nommés. Faut-il en
ajouter, c'est une autre question. Mais lorsqu'on fait allusion à la
participation individuelle ou à créer une ALs pour ces participations
individuelles, ne sommes nous pas en contradiction avec nous mêmes?
