La table ronde des ministres africains se tient en marge de la 42e réunion
d'Icann ou il s'agit d'une opportunité qui s'est présentée?

Cependant, c'est une très bonne initiative parce qu'en regardant la liste
des participants, il y a des pays qui sont représentés au niveau le plus
élevé. Ce qui est un signe encourageant. Ce qui signifie aussi que
localement nos messages ont abouti sans que nous nous en rendions compte.
Il faudrait saisir cette opportunité pour bien faire connaitre les activités
d'ICANN et les acteurs locaux (Afrinic, Aftld, ALs) impliqués dans le
développement de la techonologie numérique. Il n'existe pas encore, à mon
humble avis, une bonne cohésion entre les différentes institutions
officielles, sous régionales, régionales et internationales dans la mise en
oeuvre des TIC au bénéfice des différentes communautés et catégories
sociales. Les aspects techniques et technologiques ont comme atterissage
l'usage de cette technologie. C'est d'ailleurs ce qui explique la
problématique du dot africa.Personnellement, je crois que c'est une de très
belle occasion offerte.

The African Ministerial Roundtable held in conjunction with the 42nd ICANN
