[AFRI-Discuss] Call for Volunteers from AFRALO for Budget & Finance Subcommittee

Hello All,

I will be happy to join the subcommittee.  My only worry is sometimes, for
my work, I have to be in areas without connectivity.  Also meetings at 1400
UTC will not be attendable for me, most of the time.  Otherwise , I will do
my best to participate.
